Welcome to Amy Doak Photography, LLC, located in Buffalo, New York. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by Amy Doak Photography, LLC.
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of this website immediately.
Booking & Retainer
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date. Sessions are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until both are completed.
Payment
The session fee covers the time, talent, and preparation for your session. Digital images, prints, and artwork are purchased separately unless otherwise stated.
Full payment must be completed before any final images or products are delivered. Payment plans may be available. Failure to complete payments will result in cancellation of your order, and all payments made are non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please notify the studio at least 48 hours in advance. Your retainer may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
In the event of illness—especially for newborn sessions—we kindly ask that you reschedule to ensure the safety of all clients.
Cancellations or failure to attend your scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Session Timing & Arrival
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
Newborn sessions are typically scheduled on weekday mornings to ensure the best experience for your baby.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, complete any pre-session questionnaires, and communicate preferences prior to the session.
Children must be supervised at all times. Amy Doak Photography, LLC is not responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur.
Creative Style & Editing
By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and agree to the artistic style of Amy Doak Photography, LLC.
Final images are edited at the photographer’s discretion. Basic retouching is included. Additional or advanced retouching requests may incur additional fees.
RAW or unedited images are not provided.
Image Selection & Ordering
Clients will be invited to view and select their images through a private gallery or viewing appointment. Orders must be placed within the timeframe provided.
Archived galleries may be subject to a reactivation fee.
Turnaround Time
Proof galleries are typically delivered within approximately one week of your session. Final edited images are delivered within approximately two weeks after selections are made.
Custom artwork and physical products may require additional time due to their handcrafted nature.
Studio & Wardrobe Use
The studio provides access to a curated client closet, props, and styling elements. While every effort is made to maintain these items, Amy Doak Photography, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Copyright & Image Use
All images remain the copyright of Amy Doak Photography, LLC.
Clients are granted a personal-use license for purchased images. Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Amy Doak Photography, LLC reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the client provides a written opt-out request.
Limitation of Liability
Amy Doak Photography, LLC will take the utmost care with your session and products. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the return of payments made.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Agreement
By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

SMS & Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
